Our room was huge. Two queens with a couch and we could even fit in a cot with plenty of room to spare. Perhaps there were some signs of wear but it was minimal. Beds were comfortable and staff was very nice everywhere we went. It would be better if they used reusable dishware and cutlery at breakfast to be more environmentally conscious. I would certainly stay here again.

Nearly $400 a night and it was gross. Plus the shower has a metal pan as a drain which is fine except the shower leaked. So all night was TING! 2 min later. TING! 2 min later. TING! I was going to put a towel but was worried I'd flood that shallow shower. I won't start there again if I can avoid it

I did not stay here but used the charging station while shopping at Dartmouth Crossing and staying nearby. The lobby and lounge area looked high quality and comfortable.

Very nice hotel overall! It's clean, spacious, and the staff go above and beyond. I would have only liked to have some more fresh fruit at the breakfast bar, but otherwise it was a great stay!

Awesome room, clean well kept, front desk reception needs to learn how to great people when they approach. I do understand other issues may be at play, but in customer reception, a Hello goes a long way

Once again very satisfied with this hotel. It’s a great getaway for families with kids as the pool was warm and a nice clean hot tub. The lounge area is classy with all day coffee, two nice warm fireplaces, amazing breakfast and comfortable quiet room! I highly recommend!!

The included breakfast was not great. I have 4 kids and the cereal they offered was Raisin Bran ? We were there for two nights and our first morning they didn’t have the waffle mix and simply dismissed it saying we will have it tomorrow. Two of my kids were set on waffles, so not much fun for them. No coffee on arrival. Empty again the next morning. No yogurt on morning one but there was on morning two. Only bruised apples offered for fruit… wait staff very rude when asked any questions.

Liked the location as it's in a busy shopping district with many food and entertainment options. Was here for a Christmas party and the staff were great. Rooms were nice and modern, but the room was hot and I found it hard to adjust temperature. However, it was decorated for the holidays nicely and added to the experience. Elevators do take time and I found myself often waiting for one. Other than that 10/10. There was tons of parking and checking in and out was seamless.

First off, the staff were not helpful whatsoever. Getting extra towels was like pulling teeth. “Sorry we don’t clean rooms if you’re here only two night” that’s fine but we need towels. The towels were as thin as hospitals Kleenex & have to be 3-4 years old minimum. The toaster was rusty, yes you read that correct, rusty. Toasters aren’t expensive, go buy a new one. The water pressure was bad, but that’s not bad. The icing on the cake was the pool/hot tub. The chlorine level was set for 1000 on a scale of 1-10. My black shorts & black shirt turned orange from bring in it. When mentioning it at check out the agent said THAT’S GOOD! Like did he think I wanted my clothes to be ruined or didn’t understand a word I said? I have been to the Residence Inn many times in the eastern seaboard, this was ATROCIOUS!

This hotel was in a great location and well maintained. Our room was spacious and clean. There were lots of dining and shopping options in the area as well. You are only a few minutes away from downtown Halifax, the airport and Dartmouth. We did not find traffic bad in the area either. We checked out the pool and it was very nice. There is a water slide, hot tub and large size pool to swim in.
