It’s easy to see why this hotel is so successful! During breakfast, which was remarkably rich and delicious, the owner Stephanie personally went to every table to greet guests and make sure everyone was well taken care of. That exceptional leadership truly trickles down—the entire staff works with genuine dedication and attentiveness. On top of the fantastic service, the amenities were outstanding: the gym is fully equipped with everything you need, and the kids absolutely enjoyed the pool and fitness center. A truly memorable stay with a personal touch. Highly recommended!

This is an incredible place! To start with, the rooms are impeccably clean — it feels like they are spotless from top to bottom, with perfect order everywhere. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to the wonderful general manager: she personally showed us everything, explained it in detail, and surrounded us with such warm care from the very first minutes. The breakfasts are a whole new level of delight! Everything is insanely delicious and, what is especially valuable, prepared completely in-house. I fell in love with this hotel and its service from the very first seconds. You can immediately see how much soul, love, and effort the owners and team put into their work. We will definitely come back again!

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel as the rooms were quite large. Guest services and food service were great. Highly recommend as they were accommodating towards allergies and made special accommodations. Chef Sebastian and GM Nimfa made sure we had happy stomachs.

I stayed two nights at the Halifax Tower Hotel and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and the room was beautifully furnished with hardwood floors, a very comfortable bed, and a modern, functional bathroom. There was plenty of storage space for luggage and hanging clothes, and the room was spotless and exceptionally quiet. The in-room heating and air conditioning were easy to adjust, and the blackout blinds worked perfectly, making for a great night's sleep. Complimentary parking and breakfast were a nice bonus, and the hotel also has a well-equipped gym and a nice pool. Overall, I would happily stay here again.

Wow! What a beautiful hotel! 5 stars ??????????Gorgeous rooms, comfy beds, friendly service! The free buffet breakfast was delicious, with healthy options, and kept sparkling clean. One of the employee's named Ric was especially helpful and kind. There was a little boy in the room clearly on the spectrum, and I watched Ric helping him to get his bowl of cereal, talking to him kindly and escorting him back to his table. Very Clean, Very Quiet, Super Comfy beds and a great selection of amenities. One of the better "Hotel" Breakfasts I've had for sure. Rooms come with a quality Shampoo, Body Wash, and Conditioner. My only real gripe with the place was that the shower door isn't really a door and water gets out all over the place, it's more of a half wall and that's it.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and the all round available coffee and hot chocolate given that it was very rainy when we got to Halifax but beyond that it’s really nothing much to write home about in my opinion. Firstly I had 2 ainteractions with front desk staff who were not rude but had a condescending tone. Only the person I spoke to upon check out actually sounded like he wanted to help. Secondly, the room we were in was super large but looked super empty. I like that it was large but it felt like they didn’t know what to do with the space. The Tv without Netflix or YouTube or anyway to cast was really a huge letdown especially when travelling with kids. We actually had to ask for house keeping: twice. One of the condescending receptionists told me that they were too busy that day because they were cleaning rooms for new guests and would only get around to us as from 2 or 3 pm. It’s expensive to stay here and the hotel itself looks pretty appealing. But I personally wouldn’t stay here again unless I really had no choice.

My husband and I had our wedding here, and it was absolutely stunning! The venue is so gorgeous that it really doesn't need a lot of outside decorations! We got mutliple compliments on how great the food was! The staff were all super sweet, helpful, and efficient. Gaby, the event coordinator, was easy to get ahold of and answered all my questions. The actual hotel rooms are also beautiful and the complimentary breakfast had great food and variety! If I had to write any concerns at all, my only real complaint is that elevators are a bit buggy and confusing. It took quite a bit waiting to get to the upper floors. Regardless would highly recommend!

This hotel was top notch! You know that as soon as you enter the lobby - it’s so elegant with marble walls. Don’t forget your swimsuits - there is an indoor pool! Our room was HUGE and well appointed. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast, the dining room is so soothing with its tasteful design and beautiful city views from the 16th floor. The food is top-notch - this is not your standard hotel breakfast fare. The service really made it memorable. The GM introduced herself to us and was soo nice friendly. Ric was running the show - he’s the man!

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, it was amazing! We upgraded our room to a suite when we arrived and everyone at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Our suite was incredible! Very spacious with more than enough room for our 2 kids, my husband and I. It had a huge soaker tub the kids loved and the beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and there was a large variety of foods to choose from. As well, Rick who oversaw everything at breakfast was very friendly and attentive. We used the pool a couple of times and had it all to ourselves, there's also a hot tub you can relax in. The pool area was very clean and the water was a good temperature. Definitely recommend staying here!
